You will notice from the room details that all of our rooms have fridges and nespresso machines for guests to use at their leisure.
Payments for booking are taken 7 days prior to arrival, but if your booking is less than 7 days in advance, payment will be taken at the time of booking.Payments for bookings for New Years eve are taken 14 days in advance.
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge.
If you book a double room, please don't bring extra children without prior consent as you will be turned away and charged for the cancellation. We cannot accept more than the maximum number of people per room as this is not allowed due to fire safety regulations.
Check in is from 4.00pm - 7.00pm - please no arrivals outside of this time unless by prior arrangement.We will send details of how to check in in case our staff are not available to welcome you.These details will be sent by email.
