Parking:

The Lodge offers free parking to all guests.  We do ask when you park that you try and take up only one space with your car to help other guests.

Check in / out

Check-in is between between 4.00pm and 7.00pm for guests, we also offer a self check-in option so make sure you have the code from your booking information.  Check in outside of these times is available by prior arrangement.  Please contact us otherwise we may not be available to welcome you.  Feel free to arrive earlier, park your car, and walk into Bowness.  Check out by 11.00 am

Late Arrivals: We close our doors at 7.00 pm as don't want to disturb the other guests, so please don't be later than this unless by prior arrangement with us. If you have an unforeseen delay please call us as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you.

About Smoking
No Smoking in any part of The Lodge.  There is a dedicated smoking area on the driveway.  We ask guests not to smoke on the terrace as ground floor rooms cannot then have their windows open.

No Pets

Children
Children welcome - Travel cot and High Chairs available.  Please let us know when you book what your requirements are.  If you are bringing children (Over 2years old)  please make sure you have booked a family room with the correct number of beds. No extra children are allowed in double rooms!

Additional Charges

Any damage, breakages or additional cleaning of rooms will be passed on to the guest.

Payment is taken automatically 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
A Debit/Credit Card number is required to secure your reservation, no deposit is taken. Cancellation is allowed without penalty up to 7 days before the date of arrival.   Payment is taken automatically 7 days prior to your arrival.  If you cancel during the 7 days prior to your holiday we will refund minus £20 admin fee if the room rebooks.   This cancellation period is extended to 21 days for New Year.  No Shows will be charged the full amount owed for the total duration of the stay.
